Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship internationally. We are only shipping orders within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

All items are personalized and made to order so please allow 4-10 business days for items to be processed and shipped. 

All items are shipped by USPS.

How do I track my order?

Once the item has been processed and packaged for shipping, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided during checkout.

Returns

Can I return an item?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Due to personalization of all items, we do not accept returns.

Can I return a damaged item?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during shipping. 

Can I exchange for a different item?

Due to the personalization of all items, we do not accept exchanges.

How can I do local pickup?

If you live locally, please contact me prior to placing your order for a local pickup code.

What are the washing and care instructions?

Clothing Items

Please wash all clothing items with cold water. For best results, hang to dry. If necessary, tumble dry low.

Hats, Bags, Accessories

Use damn cloth and warm water and spot clean with mild detergent.
